Any administrative action will stay on your record for one year from the proof of termination date (SR-22...continuous proof of insurance form). D.M.V. ACTION BECAUSE NO SR-1 (PROOF OF INSURANCE) WAS FILED One year from termination date of SR-22. NEGLIGENT DRIVER/PROVISIONAL LICENSING POINTS These stay on your record for 3 years from your violation date unless an SR-22 was involved.
